Know How Our Return & Exchange Policy Works

Fashion Accessories like shawls, scarves, stoles, mufflers, hair covers, bandannas are worn close to the body, wrapped around neck, face and or mouth that is, used as a face covering. Due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the nature of our products, we do not accept used/worn products due to health and safety reasons.

We stand behind our goods and services, and want our customers to be satisfied, We’re happy only if you’re happy. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will accept it back for a one-time exchange or full refund to your original method of payment within 7 days of purchase.

Return Policy FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS

We thoroughly inspect each and every product that we send. There is still a chance where you might receive a damaged product. Your first action is to notify us about the defect as soon as you open the package when you receive it. Please send the supporting evidence to us for faster action. This step is necessary to prevent abuse of our return policy.

  • If you want to return the product, the same shall be notified to us within 7 days of receiving the product along with the reason and unboxing video on our dedicated WhatsApp number.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. That is, all tags and labels should be intact.
  • You have 7 calendar days to initiate the return of the product from the date of delivery of order.
  • Your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase that is, invoice or delivery note.
  • No returns are accepted for products/orders which are customized.
 

Jaitleys reserves the right to refuse to return a product in case of following conditions: 

  • The products are of standard quality but not to your personal liking in terms of taste and color.
  • Used product with obvious signs of usage (stains, sweat, pulls, snags or damage done)
  • The product is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The product is returned after 7 days of delivery.
 
Please note the above only applies to domestic orders (within India).

Exchange Policy

We only replace the items if they have a manufacturing defect. To save time, we request all our customers to start a video recording before unboxing the product. Minor snags, pulls caused due to inappropriate handling are not defects.

If you need to exchange it for the same item or are unsatisfied with product quality, please send us an email at care@jaitleys.com.

We will only exchange a product once.

Shipping in case of return/exchange

If you have received a product with manufacturing defect, we will arrange a reverse pickup for orders delivered in India. 

If the reverse pickup facility is not available for your pincode, you will have to ship the product on your own. We recommend that you send your package using a tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. Please send in the the tracking details of your return package to care@jaitleys.com

We have a one-time exchange policy only. You can get the product exchanged for same value only once.

Refund in case of return

Once your return is received, we will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow us 1-2 business days to inspect the return. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit limited to the product value will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 7 working days). No refunds will be issued for shipping costs, custom duties and taxes.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account statement/source of payment again.

Meanwhile contact your credit card company, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations

Please send us an email or call us immediately if you have placed an order by mistake. An order which is not dispatched can certainly be stopped and if payment is made, can be refunded to you without any hassle!

Please note this does not apply to international orders. International orders once shipped cannot be stopped or cancelled.
